About Canvases
What mesh are your canvases?
Most of my canvases are 18 mesh unless otherwise noted. I also have some designs on 13 mesh, which has bigger holes and bigger stitches.
What’s the difference between 13 and 18 mesh?
In this case, “size does matter”. 13 Mesh consists of 13 “crosses” per inch. This means that the holes are a bit bigger and you can use a thicker thread and these tend to be easier, can be completed faster, and are easier to see. 18 Mesh has 18 “crosses” per inch. 18 mesh canvases are more detailed and can be conisdered a bit advanced.
Are your canvases painted or printed?
All my canvases are hand painted!
Do your canvases come with thread?
Nope! Canvases are sold on their own, so you can pick your favorite threads and make them your own.
Do you do custom canvases?

Can I return my canvas?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the canvas has not been stitched or altered in any way.

Absolutely! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the canvas has not been stitched, damaged, or altered in any way.
When will I get my order?
Hang tight! I’ll get your order packed up and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located, but I’ll make sure it gets to you ASAP.
Wholesale Ordering
Who can open a wholesale account?
Any established needlepoint shops and qualified retailers are welcomed to sign up! Please submit our wholesale application with your shop and business information for review.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?

How long will my order take?
Lead times vary depending on product availability, order size, and whether an item is in stock or requires production. We’ll provide an estimated fulfillment timeline when your order is placed. Please reach out before ordering if you’re working toward a specific event or seasonal launch.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged when you place your order. Payment will be processed when your order is fulfilled ready to ship!
